LOVE HANDLES 🙆🏻‍♀️ Swipe! ⚠️ First of all.. honestly, like 99% of us have love handles!! And it’s NOTHING wrong with them! In fact, we should LOVE them! Instead of wanting to get rid of them, think about how they shapes your body and give you nice curves 🙋🏻‍♀️ But ofc, some of us likes them, some don’t! We are ALL DIFFERENT!! Also.. to be able to see results, YOR NUTRITION IS SO SO SO IMPORTANT!! It’s easy for us women to storage fat just around this area and we most likely need to cut down to “get rid of them”! Like @krissycela said, ‘There are no magic pills’ 💁🏻‍♀️ Nothing will happen over one night! AND, we cannot spot burn fat! These exercises will NOT get rid of your love handles.. BUT, they will for sure help you strengthen this area! . 🔺TARGET YOUR LOVE HANDLES/OBLIQUES/LOWER BACK. Once again.. These exercises will NOT get rid of your love handles. The main goal with this video is simply to show you exercises that works around these areas. EXERCISE 1️⃣ LOWER BACK Deadlifts are like THE BEST exercise in this case! Targeting your lower back so gonna help you strengthen this area which also goes hand in hand with your love handles. I’ve told you this before.. By training your back wider you can create a illusion that your waist looks smaller. 4set x 20reps /total . EXERCISE 2️⃣ OBLIQUES/LOWER LATS This exercises will target your obliques and lower lats. Blow out the air and squeeze the obliques and lower lats together! 4set x 12reps /side . EXERCISE 3️⃣ OBLIQUE CRUNCHES If it’s too hard to keep long legs, bent them to 90 degrees. Also a good exercise for a home workout. 4set x 30sec work /side . EXERCISE 4️⃣ SIDE PLANK /ELBOW CRUNCH Activates the whole core! AND, simple to do at home as well. 4set x 30sec work /side . EXERCISE 5️⃣ CABLE SIDE EXTENSIONS Important to breathe in the one.. (As in ALL exercises!) Blow out the air when pulling down to the bottom of the exercise.
