WHERE ARE MY EARLY RISERS 😃☀️ . Yes, that’s the Golden Gate Bridge and no, it doesn’t really have anything to do with this post it’s just a cool shot from a fun weekend! And it’s about 530am PST right now ☕️ . I always LOVE the old wise tried-and-true sayings like “The early bird gets the worm” or “Early to bed, early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise” . Sayings that have stood the test of time and really have some solid practical wisdom! 🤓 . I’ve never been a huge fan of waking up early but for me it’s not getting up early that’s the problem - it’s not getting ENOUGH sleep 😴 . Getting up early, starting your day and maintaining a good consistent schedule is the foundational to getting a lot done and excelling in what you do 📈 . But in order to get up early, you need to get in bed at a good hour to ensure that you get enough sleep . Sleep is one of the best and most healthiest things you can give to your body . I recently heard @strengthsensei1 say that sleep is the most important thing for keeping your body anabolic: that is building muscle - which is super important if you want to drop body fat, gain strength and live longer .
