SPINACH OMELETTE Packed with protein and Popeye power You will need: *6 eggs (organic free range) *4 handfuls of spinach *A dash of milk (I use almond) *S&P *Splash of olive oil To do: 1.Crack eggs into a jug and whisk 2. Add a dash of milk and S&P 3.Wilt spinach on low heat for 1 minute. 4. Squeeze water out of spinach 5. Mix spinach in with eggs. (NB If you are feeling cheesey you can grate 50g of your favourite cheese into the mix now). 6. Pour oil into pan and heat on medium/high 7. Add eggs and cook until firm on the bottom. 8. Turn on grill and place saucepan under until top of omelette is firm and golden brown. 9. Remove and check the middle with a skewer. It's cooked if no raw egg comes out. Enjoy. #muffins de #manzana verde y #crema con cubierta #crumble Absolutamente ESPECTACULARES y muy sencillos de hacer! Salen 15 muffins grandes. Que llevan? 🍏 1 pote de crema 🍏1 pote de azúcar 🍏2 potes de harina 0000 🍏1 Ceuta de polvo de hornear 🍏2 huevos 🍏3 manzanas verdes 🍏unas gotas de extracto de vainilla Para todas las medidas de "pote" usás el pote de crema Pelas y cortas las manzanas en cubitos. Lo doras en una sartén con una cucharada de manteca. Batìs la crema con el azúcar y le agregás los huevos de a uno junto con la vainilla. Continuás batiendo durante 3 minutos. Tamizás los ingredientes secos y los integrás al batido con una espátula. Por último agregás las manzanas a la mezcla e integrás bien todos los ingredientes. Llenar los protones hasta 3/4 y hornear a fuego moderado. Para el crumble #crocante mezclar partes iguales de harina, manteca y azúcar!!!
